Soothing Bath Blend

Grab your supplies:

1 cup of Pink Himalayan Salt

1 cup of Epsom Salt

1 Tablespoon liquid Castile Soap

Essential oils: 1 drop Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus) oil 1 drop Black Pepper ( Piper nigrum)oil 2 drops Juniper Berry ( Juniperus communis )oil 2 drops Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens and lusitanica) oil

You may also use Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia), Sandalwood (Santalum album), and Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides) essential oils, substitute any of the oils above with 1 drop of these oils.

20 drops carrier oil (coconut, sweet almond, apricot, grapeseed, or jojoba)

In a small bowl add the essential oils to the liquid castile soap, and stir to combine, next add the carrier oil to the essential oil, and castile soap mixture. Pour this essential oil mixture over the Pink Himalayan salt and Epsom salt mixture Add all ingredients to a glass or essential oil-safe container. Stir to blend all ingredients together, use two tablespoons per bath

Soothing Blend for Massage

2 oz Fractionated Coconut Oil or Sweet Almond Oil
2 drops Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)oil
1 drop Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis) oil
1 drop Peppermint ( Mentha piperita) oil

Mix essential oils and fatty oil of choice into a small essential oil-safe container, apply by hand or delivery of choice to the skin, and massage. *Keep all essential oils away from sensitive and mucous membrane body tissue.

The only way to address the assault on our immune system is to trick it into thinking that everything is ok. Nothing is going to take away the pain of fibromyalgia, but you can change your outlook on life. Make the best of it, your days are numbered on this earth and you have to choose whether you want to live it surrendering to the pain or doing things you love in spite of the pain. Live your life the way you choose. Do things that you enjoy. Be kind to yourself. Try to go for a 30-minute walk at least 3 times a week.
